This hands-on session helped Holly finally understand how to correct her backbend and avoid shoulder discomfort—something that had frustrated her for months.

🌬️ 1:00–3:00 PM – Pranayama for Energy & Emotional Regulation

With breath as the anchor, students were led through intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, boost energy, and restore balance. Krista taught how to use calming, energizing, and balancing breaths depending on one’s daily needs.

Holly walked away with a new daily breathwork routine that helped her manage anxiety more effectively—and sleep better at night.
