Authentic Mysore-style Ashtanga
A traditional practice shaped around the individual.
Ashtanga Yoga integrates posture, breath, concentration, and meditation into a complete system of practice. In the Mysore method, students are taught one-on-one within a shared room rather than being asked to keep up with a group.
This makes the practice more personal, sustainable, and responsive to the student’s structure, history, injuries, goals, and stage of life. Over time, students become more independent and better able to recognize what their own body needs each day.
Krista Shirley’s Body Mechanics Method
Retrain how your brain and body create movement.
Body Mechanics is Krista Shirley’s proprietary movement method, created through her own recovery from severe nerve damage. Using slow, precise movement, breath, sensory awareness, and principles of neuroplasticity, it helps rebuild coordination, trust, and functional strength without forcing the body.
Rather than isolating one muscle or chasing a particular shape, Body Mechanics teaches the brain, breath, joints, and muscles to work together as a more coordinated whole.
