Three ways into the studio

Start with what your body needs now.

You can build a long-term yoga practice, learn a smarter way to move, or simply slow down. Each path begins differently, but none requires prior experience or a particular kind of body.

The heart of our yoga program

Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga

Mysore is one-on-one teaching inside the energy of a shared room. You learn a personal sequence, practice at your own pace, and receive guidance when you need it. Complete beginners and experienced practitioners practice side by side without being asked to keep up with one another.

Breath and movement are gradually organized into a consistent, evolving practice that can build strength, mobility, concentration, endurance and a calmer relationship with your body.

  • Individual instruction within a class setting
  • Suitable for complete beginners and experienced students
  • Progress shaped around your body, history and goals

Body Mechanics

Body Mechanics blends calisthenics, functional movement, mat Pilates, yoga, and rehabilitation principles to build functional strength, mobility, balance and coordination.

The work is slow, precise and deeply sensory. Rather than isolating one muscle or forcing a shape, you learn to teach your body how to organize movement—so the brain, breath, joints and muscles can work together as a coordinated whole.

  • Build usable strength without rushing or forcing
  • Improve proprioception, coordination and movement confidence
  • Support athletes, desk workers and people rebuilding after injury
Guided Ashtanga classes

Learn the sequence together.

In guided classes, the teacher leads the room through a shared sequence. These classes complement Mysore practice and offer a clear experience of Ashtanga's breath-led rhythm.
